INDIVIDUAL Reservations
Normal rates will be applied and include taxes. Special promotions will be valid only when the promotion restrictions are fulfilled and these are subject to change without prior notice at any time. The reservation blockade will be able to be done from the confirmation of the client and up to 15 days before the enter the hotel. The confirmed reservation will even be credited single when the payment of the same one is received before the date of victory of the reservation; otherwise IT WILL BE CANCELLED automatically. The payment of the reservation will have to be of 50% of the nights asked for in low season and of the 100% in high season; and to become by means of banking deposit or telegraphic turn; previous warning when reserving.

Reservation payment must be covered at least 50% of the requested nights this for low season and 100% during high season; and it must be made through bank deposit ( international wire transfer ) or money order; and then notify us that your payment has been made.
The total number of people occupying the unit must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit set forth in the Reservation; otherwise, access may be refused or an additional charge may be levied. Free entrance of 2 children of up to 8 years old will be allowed for each unit; noticing that the comfort will go on for the customer. In case of traveling with children between 8 and 12 years old, each 2 children will be counted them as one adult; and children greater than 12 years old will be counted as an adult. Additional charges will be applied for every EXTRA person who enters to the unit, additional charges are published into the rates; Notifying you that NO extra bed or furniture will be facilitated.
Check-in for reserved units is at 2:00 P.M. and check-out at 1:00 P.M.
IMPORTANT: CANCELLATION will cause a charge of one night of reserved unit.
Group Reservations
Group rates will be valid only for groups of at least 40 persons registered in the reservation. These rates for groups will have a discount of 5% of the normal rates. This discount could be increased in special cases depending of the dates asked. Normal rates include taxes.
